Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading icetana’s sales function globally, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing regional teams to drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine icetana’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, optimize sales processes, and ensure the strongest possible market penetration across key regions.
This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of hands-on sales leadership and strategic thinking to help icetana scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth in key markets (MENA, APAC, US).
- Align sales plans with icetana’s broader business objectives, ensuring a scalable and repeatable sales process.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine lead generation, demand creation, and channel strategies.
Team Leadership & Regional Management
- Directly manage regional sales roles in MENA, APAC, and the US, ensuring alignment with global sales goals.
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Support team members in complex deal negotiations, major account strategy, and pipeline management.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Set and regularly achieve sales goals by focusing on high-value deals and partnerships.
- Identify new market opportunities, key verticals, and strategic alliances to expand icetana’s global footprint.
- Oversee the execution of channel and partner sales strategies, ensuring strong VARs (Value-Added Resellers) and distributor networks.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Ensure Zoho CRM is the single source of truth for all sales data, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to track sales metrics, improve conversion rates, and optimize sales cycles.
- Implement scalable sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure icetana’s solutions are positioned to meet the evolving needs of security professionals worldwide.
- Collaborate with Product teams to

Who we are looking for
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record in building and managing international sales teams.
- Experience leading a global or multi-regional sales function, ideally with direct reports across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams, driving revenue growth, and executing GTM strategies.
- Expertise in consultative sales and enterprise solution selling, preferably in AI, security, or surveillance-related industries.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience managing CRM-driven sales forecasting and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in scale-up or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered security solutions, video analytics, or surveillance technology.
- Experience working with channel sales, VARs, and reseller partnerships.
